When we hop on your intro call, we will give you our honest opinion about what we feel would benefit you most in this stage of your business! We want to provide you with everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

FAQs

  • Yes! Clients are welcome to choose a payment plan of 1, 2, or 3 installments. The first invoice is a deposit, reserving your spot on our calendar, and the remaining monthly invoices are charged subsequently. We offer a 5% discount for payment made in full, up front.

  • Depending on the package you choose, the timeline ranges between 2 - 8 weeks.

    We we are working on both your website and brand, some tasks will overlap in the schedule in order to capitalize on some of the down time between revisions.

  • You will be required to fill out a questionnaire prior to your project launch date. This gives us a starting point for branding & website direction. Beyond that, you will be asked for feedback within 24-48 hours of concept delivery and revisions!

    For website projects, you will be asked to provide all the content prior to the project launch date. This includes imagery, copy (words on your site) and any additional content we will be including. We take a content-first approach to design!

  • We require a business plan at minimum in order to have the ability to customize the site with coding and other features. You can find updated pricing at squarespace.com/pricing.

    Other things not included: domain name, Google Workspace (email account), Acuity Scheduler, or copywriting.

  • Beyond branding & web design, we offer additional services such as:

    — Collateral design (print or digital)
    — Copywriting for websites
    — Template design
    — Creative direction for interiors, photography, etc.
    — Brand photography sourcing & direction
    — Ongoing design support
